KINDNESS IS CONTAGIOUS

Published on

Experiencing an act of kindness can improve our mood, it can make our day and increase the likelihood of spreading that kindness to others. For example, If someone helps or does something good to you, you will automatically do something good or help someone but sometimes you might not be aware of your act of kindness that you do.

There is a video of kindness that I have seen so long ago that has been so inspiring. In the video a lady will help a girl by giving her shawl to her and after that she will also give her a chocolate, after that, that girl who got the chocolate will help someone else and she will give the chocolate to that person she helped and this will continue and it will stop when the girl who gave the chocolate at first receives it back after helping her. In these, we get to know that act of kindness is a chain that keeps spreading kindness. Whatever good things or help we do for others will be known as kindness.

Our act of kindness can even be the smallest thing that we do, like Mother Teresa once said, ‘’We cannot do great things on this earth, only small things with great love.’’
